Among the poses that are usually safe to do throughout one s pregnancy are the Butterfly Stretch, Cobra (faced-down during the first trimester) , Side angle pose, Triangle pose with chair support, Cat-Cow, seated-forward bend, and the standing-forward bend with chair support. It is best to avoid backbends, the camel, headstands, upward bow, one-legged balancing without chair or wall support, and handstands. 

Great yoga teachers have had some experience in teaching the discipline and are better equipped to handle a class with different personalities and needs. If you want to be sure, call the center and ask about the teacher's qualifications. If he or she does have one, the center will be more than willing to provide you with the information. 

According to the fire code, a building should have a fire alarm, exit signs, extinguishers and the likes. If you will plan set up the place as a studio then the local fire department will inspect it and you need to pass the inspection if you want your small business to continue. Another thing that you need to think about is the building code wherein you need to acquire a permit that is signed or approved by a professional such as a general conductor, architect or a professional tradesman. 

However, keeping your body in difficult positions will surely make you break out into a sweat. Choose fabrics that are made of cotton which breathes and absorbs sweat. Yoga is not only about moves, it is about how you see yourself in a positive way. Wearing clothes that make you look good is also a consideration.

It would be best to enlist in a class that is specifically designed for pregnant women so that the instructors would be knowledgeable about prenatal safety precautions during sessions. It is recommended to begin practicing prenatal yoga early, but those pregnant women who only have time to do it during the later trimesters can still benefit a lot from the exercises.
